All shipping and delivery dates are estimates. Official delivery working days are Sunday to Thursday. Timing may vary based on the geographic area, the courier, weather, customs procedures, seasons and public holidays, or any circumstances beyond the store's control.
The customer must enter a correct and complete shipping address and bears responsibility for any additional charges caused by incorrect address or phone details, or failure to respond to the courier. If the customer refuses delivery without a legitimate reason, the store may deduct all shipping, return and other incurred costs before refunding any amounts due.
For international orders, the customer bears any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the receiving country unless expressly stated otherwise.
Section 11: Warranty
Warranty duration varies by product type and is stated on each product page before purchase. The warranty starts from the date the customer receives the product and covers manufacturing defects only, unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover, for example:

- Breakage, impact or accidents.
- Exposure to water, heat or chemicals where the product is not designed for it.

All rights relating to the site and its content are reserved to DESERT EAGLE or its licensors, including the trade name, logo, images, designs, texts, videos, graphics, visual identity, databases and software. No part may be copied, reused, published, modified, sold or distributed without prior written approval from the store.
Section 15: Third-Party Sites and Services
The site may contain links or services provided by third parties such as couriers, payment gateways or social media. DESERT EAGLE bears no responsibility for their content, services or policies, and the customer uses them at their own risk.
Section 16: Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DESERT EAGLE is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage, or loss of profits, data or business opportunities arising from use of the site or the products.
In all cases, the store's liability — if established — shall not exceed the value of the product subject to the claim, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights granted under the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates.
Section 17: Force Majeure
DESERT EAGLE is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform an obligation caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, fires, floods, wars, security disturbances, epidemics, internet or electricity outages, government decisions, or courier service disruptions. Obligations are performed once the cause of delay ends.

Section 19: Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction, unless the law provides otherwise.
Section 20: Contact Us
For any enquiries, complaints or requests relating to these Terms, the products or the services, you can contact DESERT EAGLE through the official channels shown on the "Contact Us" section of the site.
Section 21: Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The customer acknowledges being responsible for ensuring that use or installation of the product complies with the traffic, technical and legal regulations in force in the country or region where the product will be used.
DESERT EAGLE does not warrant that all products are permitted for use or installation in all countries or all cases, and bears no responsibility for any violations, fines or legal actions resulting from use of the product contrary to local regulations.
Section 22: Electronic and Software Products
Some products contain electronic or software components or require electrical connection, programming or special setup. DESERT EAGLE bears no responsibility for damage or failure resulting from incorrect installation, faulty electrical connections, incorrect programming or setup, use of unapproved software or devices, modification of the product or vehicle, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions. Installation by specialist technicians or centres is recommended.
Section 23: Customer Responsibility for Compatibility
The customer must verify the compatibility of the product with the vehicle type, model, year of manufacture, trim and technical specifications before completing the purchase. The customer may request help from customer service, but the final decision to purchase and use the product remains the customer's responsibility, unless the error results from incorrect information provided by the store.
Section 24: Misuse of Warranty and Store Policies
DESERT EAGLE reserves the right to reject any warranty, exchange or return claim where fraud, manipulation, incorrect information, forged documents or misuse of store policies is found. The store also reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect its rights, including suspending or closing the customer's account and refusing future dealings, without prejudice to any other legal rights.
Section 25: Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
If a customer submits a review, comment, image, video or any content related to the products or services, they grant DESERT EAGLE the right to use, display and publish that content for marketing or service improvement purposes, free of charge, while respecting the customer's privacy and not publishing personal data without consent unless required by law.
The customer undertakes not to publish any content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, or infringing the rights of any other party.
Responsibility for Using Electrical and Electronic Products
DESERT EAGLE offers high-quality products carefully selected from trusted suppliers and manufacturers, and where applicable these products include protective technologies designed to reduce risk and protect the vehicle.
Nevertheless, some electrical, electronic or high-performance products require technical compatibility with the vehicle, and the safety of their use may depend on the installation method and the condition of the vehicle's electrical system. The customer bears full responsibility for confirming compatibility and for correct installation and use, or for installing the product at a specialist technician or centre.
DESERT EAGLE bears no responsibility for any damage, failure or loss affecting the vehicle or any of its components — including but not limited to wiring, fuses, battery, alternator, electronic control units (ECU), computers, or any other electrical or electronic parts — whether resulting from incompatibility, the installation method, the nature of the vehicle's electrical system, or the vehicle's capacity to handle the product's specifications.
Where a manufacturing defect in the product is established, the store's liability is limited to repairing or replacing the product — at the store's discretion — in accordance with the Warranty Policy. The store is not obliged to compensate the customer for any direct or indirect damage to the vehicle or any other property, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted by law.
